Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipping within 3-6 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number via text message.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
*Please note, once your order is shipped, the courier is responsible for delivering the item to you and we cannot control their delivery time.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete t prevent any delays or issues with delivery. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
www.uggies.com.au is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping
We currently only ship within Australia and New Zealand.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and text to track the progress of your shipment.
Delivery Issues
If you encounter any issues with your delivery or have not received your order within the estimated time frame, please contact the shipping carrier.
Shipping Responsibility
Once order leave our warehouse and are handed over to the designated shipping carrier, the responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. At this point:
  • We are no longer liable for any delay during transit.
  • Any issues related to delivery, including but not limited to loss, theft, damage should be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
